Everyone’s time is valuable, including mine. Your facial/ lash appointment is reserved especially for you. I do understand that sometimes unexpected events come up, therefore, I respectfully require a 72 hour notice for all cancellations. Please understand that forgetting to cancel, not giving enough time when cancelling, or no-showing means I miss the opportunity to allow another client to reserve that appointment. I will always do my best to fill each cancelled appointment time slot but in the event that I am unable to fill it please note that failure to cancel in a respective time (outside the 48 hour window) or no showing, will result in being charged 100% of your total service that is non-refundable and will need to take place in order to rebook.
